Instead of simply making an existing unisex or men’s style smaller, we pay extra attention to a comfortable waistband, room around the hips, freedom of movement and a fit
that stays in place during high steps, deep hip positions and dynamic movements.

Yes. The Flow Pant is designed for both indoor bouldering and sport climbing and can also be worn for outdoor climbing sessions.

Its construction supports movements such as high steps, twisting, wide positions and deep hip movements.

Our climbing pants are designed for intensive use while climbing.

The Flow Pant combines a durable, comfortable fabric with freedom of movement and enough abrasion resistance for contact with climbing walls, volumes and rock.

As with all clothing, the lifespan depends on how intensively you use and care for your pants.

Use our Size Guide and compare your body measurements with the measurements in our size chart.

Measure your waist and hips in particular and choose the size that best matches your body measurements.

Use a flexible measuring tape and measure directly against your body or over thin clothing.

Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

Hips: measure around the widest part of your hips and seat.

Do not pull the measuring tape too tightly.

If you are between two sizes, choose based on how you prefer to wear your climbing pants.

For a more fitted look, choose the smaller size. If you prefer a looser fit, choose the
larger size. The larger size will also give you a little more room and freedom of movement while climbing.

Climbing requires much more freedom of movement than everyday activities.

High steps, drop knees, deep hip positions, twisting and dynamic movements can cause ordinary pants to pull, shift or restrict your movement.

That is why RAINYDAYS designs around both movement and fit.
