RAINYDAYS Sportswear cannot guarantee that the colors will be exactly as shown on your screen. Additionally, the proportions of the models on the website may differ from the models you order.

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1 Ordering and Agreement

After registration, you can place an order on the webshop using your shopping bag. You will receive an email confirming your order with a summary of your order. As a customer, you have 14 days after receiving your items to return or exchange them. After this period, your purchase becomes final, and you remain the owner of the purchased items. Please refer to our return policy for details.

We recommend contacting us in advance if you have any questions or doubts to prevent misunderstandings and disappointments. We assume that you provide your information truthfully when registering and placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the smooth processing and delivery of your order. Additionally, it is your responsibility as a customer to keep your password confidential to prevent misuse.

RAINYDAYS Sportswear offers various payment options for orders on the webshop.

If you pay via online banking, the amount is usually deducted from your account immediately, and we can process your order immediately. If your card issuer refuses to authorize your payment to us, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery of your order.

Online payments on the website are made through a secure transaction in collaboration with our partners PayPal and Mollie. Your payment details and credit card information are only used for payment and are never disclosed to other parties.

2.4 Pricing

RAINYDAYS Sportswear is committed to displaying correct prices for the items offered for sale at all times. 3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery Options

RAINYDAYS Sportswear provides various delivery options for orders. During the ordering process, you have the choice to have your items delivered to an existing address via Bpost.

RAINYDAYS Sportswear is not responsible for any customs fees and additional taxes, duties, or charges that may be applied after shipment by third parties.

3.2 Shipping Terms to Postal Address

All packages from RAINYDAYS Sportswear are shipped by our partner Bpost. An order will be shipped within 5 working days after the order date.

3.3 Stock Availability

We make every effort to accurately display the stock of items. If, despite our efforts, an item turns out to be out of stock after ordering, we will inform you immediately. If payment has already been made, we will refund the amount of the out-of-stock items to your account. RAINYDAYS Sportswear cannot be held liable in any case for non-delivery of ordered items due to stock shortage or missing inventory.

3.4 Notification of Non-conforming Delivery

Non-conforming deliveries must be reported by you within a reasonable period of 5 working days after receiving your order. See our return policy for more details.

4. Returns

4.1 Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase, without payment of a penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 days from the day following the delivery of your items. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform RAINYDAYS Sportswear by email.

Upon receipt of the return package, we will refund you the total amount of the returned items. Please note: returned items must meet certain conditions to be eligible for a refund. See our return policy for more details. Also, please note that the costs of returning the items are always borne by the customer.

4.2 Return Conditions and Return Procedure

We strive to deliver our unique products of the highest quality, and we don't expect you to want to exchange our fantastic items. However, if you do wish to exchange, please consult our return policy first.
