Why I connect with RainyDays

RainyDays is a natural match for me because we share the same values: inspiring women to move, discover their strength and grow – no matter the weather or life’s circumstances. My approach is based on warmth, authenticity and the belief that movement isn’t just about performance, but about joy, confidence and being yourself.

Same drive, same mission

With The Extra Mile, I aim to encourage women to move, sweat, relax and enjoy. Sport shouldn’t feel like a duty – it should be a celebration, just like RainyDays sees it.

What does running and Pilates mean to you, physically and mentally?

Running gives me freedom and a clear mind. Pilates grounds me: it teaches me to slow down and move with intention.

What’s your favourite coaching moment?

When I see women grow in self-confidence – that spark of pride in their eyes, that’s what I do it for.

Why is movement so important to you?

It helps me stay grounded and live in the moment. I love sharing that strength with others.
